Applying Expressions to Your Profile Has Been Fixed

You can once again apply Expressions to your Facebook Profile! This has been broken for quite some time and we do apologize.

The Fix
Go to the Order Page (where you change the order of the Expressions on your profile) Click Here to go to the Order Page

Once you are on the Order page:

1. Login if you are not logged in already.
2. Click on the Save button.
3. Check the Boxes Tab of your profile.
4. Apply more Expressions if you don’t already have 3

The Details

• Some of the folders that we stored our Expressions images in had spaces like “User Submitted”
• Websites, as a standard replace the space with %20 so the computer serving the page can understand it.
• Facebook made a change to how they show images on your profile and this change did not correctly handle this %20 / space issue which resulted in images not being able to be displayed.
• We received emails from people about their Expressions not showing up correctly but every time we would test it we could not reproduce the problem because we were applying images that were stored in folders without a space like “Music” for instance.

We really are sorry for this headache it may have caused you but as you can see it’s Facebooks fault and we were not notified of this change.

Once again to fix this problem you will have to go to the Order Page Click Here to go to the Order Page

Once you are on the Order Page:

1. Login if you are not logged in already.
2. Click on the Save button.
3. Check the Boxes Tab of your profile.

The next thing we will be fixing is our training videos as we have discovered they do not work for internet Explorer users.

   Its a pitty i dont understand how this works, all i want is my facebook apperance to change but its not changing. the fbexpression tab on my profile does not contain anything yet. I NEED HELP!!!

   This is really frustrating - added expressions a couple of days ago - was supposed to install something, which didn’t work (couldn’t even click on the button), sent a mail to expressions - no reply. No this new “advice” - I can change the three motives, but then nothing happens. No “boxes” as stated above. When I go to the “full page layouts” I get absolutely nothing…

   still not working…
   it says on the order page that i have one set, but on my profile, it only says “No content to display.

   This box will not be visible to people who view your profile until this application adds content to it.”

   Thanks for fixing the problem. It works fine now. I wish it could be posted to the main page,though. I hardly go to my ‘boxes’ page and neither do my friends!

    I did exactly as your instructions say and there are absolutely no expressions showing on my page or in my box area!
